Kendra Bagley OH | NLS | 2021, Aleah Zieske MB | NLS | 2021 and Ashlyn Olson RS | NLS | 2021
The sophomore trio of Bagley, Zieske, and Olson led New London-Spicer to the come-from-behind five-set win over Litchfield. Bagley led the effort with 14 kills and nine digs. Zieske and Olson added 13 and 11 kills respectively. Set scores were 25-15, 14-25, 17-25, 25-19, 15-11. NLS improves to 9-13 on the season.
Maddie Whittington MH | Stillwater | 2020 and Brooke Aschenbrener MB | Stillwater | 2019
Stillwater, ranked #7 in 3A, remained perfect in conference play improving to 7-0 (15-5 overall) with the big four-set win over East Ridge (ranked #5 in 3A) in Suburban East Conference play. Set scores were 25-21, 25-20, 22-25, 25-22. Whittington had a big night for the Ponies in delivering 19 kills as teammate Aschenbrener added 16 kills of her own.
Cali Christianson OH | Montevideo | 2019
Montevideo won the West Central Conference match-up behind the 13 kills, eight digs, and four service aces from Christianson. The 3-0 win included set scores of 25-22, 25-20, 25-13. Montevideo improves to 6-14 overall.
Madison Hinz S | YME | 2020, Meeghen Dahlager MB | YME | 2019 and Mackenzie Dyrdahl MB | YME | 2019
Yellow Medicine East earned a straight-sets victory over Renville County West with scores of 25-17, 25-15, 26-24. Hinz totaled 41 assists in leading a potent YME offense led by Dahlager and Dyrdahl with 21 and 14 kills respectively. Dyrdahl added 10 digs and three aces to match Hinz at the service line. YME improves to 17-5 on the season.
