Foley might be one of the most powerpacked outsides in Iowa who has been a go to player since she enters the hall of SBL with multiple All State honors and state tournament hardware to go with the individual accolades. Solid in all six rotations, Foley can score from the backrow just like the front row. She will be joining a St. Cloud State team on the rise in the Northern Sun and won’t be the only Iowan on the roster.
