The rankings process can be a little bit walking on egg shells, going on a major treasure hunt, and other times finding something you’d least expect.  The Prep Dig writers have plenty been going to tournaments upon tournaments, seeing athletes from all across the state, and even for the incoming Senior class, we are continuing to find standout players.  Progress is continuously being made with continued training, position changes, comebacks from injury, and athletes making putting in the time to polish their craft. For the Class of 2020, here are some athletes who are popping up on the radar and rising in the rankings.

Kelsey Carrington - Racine St. Catherines - Milwaukee Sting

Committed to Oklahoma

Carrington had a big year in the 2019 club season.  After battling some injuries in 2018, Carrington was back to full strength where she was able to play in the middle or the right side. Big time programs took notice with a 6’2 uncommitted athlete who can do a little bit of everything, is extremely dynamic, and has a lot of athleticism.  Carrington will be heading to Oklahoma which is a program on the rise out of the Big 12.
