Julia HansenJulia Hansen – Prior Lake – Northern Lights
Committed to Minnesota
It didn’t take long for Hansen to get on the radar last year at the SW Minnesota Challenge in Marshall. Her ability to swing and score points from anywhere on the court is what sets her apart from the rest. Hansen can flat out jump out of the gym and hit a variety of shots. With the ability to create various scoring opportunities for herself, Hansen will be ready for a big-time Sophomore year. She has committed to play at the University of Minnesota following high school.
Sienna Ifill – Eagan ‘ last=”]’ last=”] – Northern Lights
Ifill is long, athletic, and plays well above the net with a big block on the right side and left handed swing where she can swing from the pin or come around the middle to put the ball away. She was a breakout athlete for Northern Lights this past season where the 15-1 squad qualified for 15 Open USAV with a second place finish at the Northern Lights Qualifier. Ifill will be part of a loaded Eagan ‘ last=”]’ last=”] squad who has athletes scattered throughout these rankings.

Kendal Kemp – Eagan ‘ last=”]’ last=”] – MN Select
Kemp will be a welcome addition to the Eagan ‘ last=”]’ last=”] squad after spending her Freshman year at Rogers. A member of MN Select, playing up an age group on the 16s team, Kemp has asserted herself as a big time recruit in the Class of 2022. Playing with the likes of Kennedi Orr and top athletes at Eagan ‘ last=”]’ last=”] will continue to develop her overall game. This will be an exciting high school season for Kemp and the potential impact she will have on the state.
Kendall Minta – Eden Prairie – Northern Lights
Minta and Ifill were on the Northern Lights squad where they both provided a big block on the right side. With a heavy swing, Minta is able to breakthrough a split in the block or use it to her advantage to score offensively. Her defensive game is where she shines being 6’3, athletic, and physical at the net creating a mismatch in her favor against opposing outside hitters.
Simara Amador – Eagan ‘ last=”]’ last=”] – Northern Lights
Simara AmadorAmador is the third Eagan ‘ last=”]’ last=”] player in the top five where she is the top libero in the Class of 2022. Efficient with her movement along with being very strong in serve receive and taking pace off the ball she will be a big-time pick up at the next level.
Keya Luta Win Hunt – Breck – Northern Lights
Hunt is able to work with a variety of tempos as a setter and is really strong defensively. With plenty of weapons in place on her 15-1 Northern Lights squad from this past club season, she was really able to dish to run a high powered offense at Lights.
Lilly Wachholz – Mayer Lutheran – High Voltage
Wachholz was playing as a 15-year-old on the High Voltage 17s team. At 6’2, Wachholz is finding her stride on the pin as an outside hitter. Hannah Reichensperger – Northeast Range – MN North
Reichensperger may be closer to Canada than the Twin Cities Metro Area, but this small town athlete has big-time game where she can swing out of the middle and is an extremely physical blocker. While she can dominate in the middle, it would be fun to see her swing on the pin. With her athleticism, she has the potential to really turn some heads this upcoming season.

Berran is asserting herself as one of the top all-around players in this class with the ability to set and swing.
