Green Bay, Marquette, and UW-Milwaukee have already been claiming some of the top talent out of the Class of 2021 and there is still more to come from some of these top athletes.
Green Bay Commits From Wisconsin – Class of 2021
Natalie Johanknecht – Oshkosh West – FC Elite
Johanknecht is the newest commit for the Phoenix this past weekend. This coming after a successful start to the Phoenix which includes a win over Ohio State. Johanknecht is long, athletic, and is a versatile player in the front row on the middle or the right side. With her jumping ability, she will be one to really keep tabs on as she continues to develop over the high school and club season. Whether its a tempo in front of the setter or a slide, she knows how to adjust and terminate.
Cora BehnkeCora Behnke – Oconto – FC Elite
Behnke has been on the radar from the start and being 30 minutes North of Green Bay helps a bit as well. A six rotation outside who is extremely solid in the backrow and a spot on in serve receive, Behnke is well trained and ready to contribute at the next level. She brings a lot of physicality at the net and will find a way to score points as well. Johanknecht and Behnke play together for an FC Elite squad that has other commits with Saige Damrow (Wisconsin), Brooke Bolwerk (MSU-Mankato), Hattie Bray (Marquette), and Kiersten Kraus (Kent State).
Marquette Commits From Wisconsin – Class of 2021
Hattie Bray – Wautoma – FC Elite
Bray is much like her counterpart Johanknecht where she is extremely dynamic along the net and is fast-twitch all the way. A state track and field participant as well, Bray is touching over ten feet and is able to get to the pin to close a block with the best of them. Bray spent time playing on the FC Elite 18 Navy squad last year where they competed at the USAV 18 Open National Championships. Her experience at a high level really elevated her game this past year.

Ella Foti – Edgewood – Capital Volleyball Academy
Foti is legit, there’s no other way to put it. She battled her way back from injury and is looking extremely strong for Edgewood so far this season. For club, she has been playing up an age group, most recently the 17 Adidas squad. Strong, extremely physical at thet net, Foti will be heading to Marquette as a setter, however she is a definite point scorer on the pin as well. For Edgewood she will swing on the right side and set in the backrow. She has court vision similar to a point guard where she can see all the open spots to get her teammates to score or even do it herself.

Sam Naber – Burlington – Sky High (IL)
Naber was one of the first from the Class of 2021 to commit. After her Freshman year at Burlington stealing the show as a libero enroute to a state title, it was a no brainer. Naber plays big as the moment gets bigger for her team. She is 6-0 in her short career so far at the state tournament. Solid in serve receive, takes pace of the ball, and has a grit to her style of play, she will be a real gem at the next level.
UW-Milwaukee Class of 2021 – Commits
Tatum Catalano – Germantown – Milwaukee Sting
Major pick up for Coach Susie Johnson at UW-Milwaukee. Catalano is fast, athletic, and really versatile with what she can do. Her Freshman year was when she played middle, but then transitioned to the outside. With the evolution to her all-around game, she is becoming quite the force and will do so again this upcoming club season. Being one of the main point scoreres for an up and coming Germantown program will give her big game experience as well learning how to take some big swings come crunch time. This was a really crucial get for the Panthers to have a local product who is an elite athlete as well as high character.
