What position in volleyball is compared to the football quarterback or maybe the basketball point guard? Obviously, the setter. To have the ability to get to a pass, find the defensive weak spot and set up a hitter for the kill, is not an easy job. It takes a player with a mindset, as well as a player with extreme athletic ability.
