A 2019 Hiawatha Valley all-conference selection for Lake City High, Pennington can score points. At 6’0, she has good size and length and utilizes it well. She has moderate ability to get off the floor but makes up for any lack of air time with an aggressive mindset when attacking, which includes good power and ability to move the ball around if the defense is taking space away or on a compromised set. She has a terminator’s mentality. By improving her footwork to get off the net quicker she will develop more patience and be even more effective as she will increase her ability to get to the ball on balance more consistently and utilize her arm work skills to maximize her lift and use her torque to create that good pace she can bring more often.

Kram has good experience having set multiple varsity seasons for Morris Area, typically one of the west central area’s best high school programs. She has good court awareness and her distribution from pin to pin is at its best when she can get her feet to the ball and her hands presented early. Overhead and against the flow is a strength of hers as she shows good consistency with her location and tempo to the right side, which is a big plus for this club team given the strength they have at the opposite position. She has good athleticism and quickness, which benefits her well on the defensive side.
