Jayda Harris (McCracken County): Helping to lead McCracken County to the 2019 1st Region title as a junior, Harris recorded 236 kills and 84 blocks. Harris led McCracken County in blocks while ranking second in kills for the 1st Region champion.
Sequoia Hunt (Oldham County): Hunt, who wrapped up the junior season of her high school career in the fall, continues to help lead her high school and club teams. She will enter the 2020 high school season among the state’s top players.
Mykole Morgan (Seneca): One of the state’s most underrated prep volleyball players, Morgan is a junior who contributed for Seneca throughout the 2019 high school season. Morgan was among Seneca’s leaders at the net, helping the squad finish runner-up in the 27th District.
Abby Powers (Notre Dame): One of the leaders for 8th Region champion Notre Dame, Powers, a junior, posted 225 kills and 60 blocks prior to the Pandas competing in the KHSAA Volleyball State Tournament. She is a key player for one of the state’s top prep teams.
Taylor Preston (St. Henry): As a sophomore, Preston led St. Henry in both kills and blocks. Through the Crusaders’ first 34 matches in the 2019 prep season, Preston registered 374 kills and 72 blocks. Preston led St. Henry to the 34th District title and a runner-up finish in the 9th Region.
Madison Rice-Lockett (Male): As a sophomore, Rice-Lockett helped to lead Male to runner-up finishes behind state powerhouse Assumption in the 26th District and 7th Region. In addition to her high school team, Rice-Lockett excels for a club squad.
