Here are 10 middle hitters to watch.
Nya Bunton: A 6-4 freshman middle hitter, Bunton is a student-athlete from DuPont Manual High School in Louisville. Bunton is competing for KIVA 15 Red.
Kristen Clemons: A 6-1 senior middle hitter/opposite hitter, Clemons is a student-athlete from Sacred Heart Academy in Louisville. The Sacred Heart Academy senior has signed with Belmont University. Clemons is competing for KIVA 18 Red.
Alyssa Evans: A 6-2 senior middle hitter, Evans is a student-athlete from Madison Southern High School in Berea. The Madison Southern High School senior has signed with Marshall University. Evans is competing for Lexington United 18 Adidas.
Gabrielle Gerry: A 6-5 freshman middle hitter, Gerry is a student-athlete from reigning state champion Assumption High School in Louisville. Gerry is competing for KIVA 15 Red.
Sequoia Hunt: A 5-11 junior middle hitter, Hunt is a student-athlete from Oldham County High School in LaGrange. Hunt has committed to Northern Kentucky University and is competing for KIVA 17 Red.
Madison McCloskey: A six-foot junior middle hitter/right side, McCloskey is a student-athlete from Newport Central Catholic High School. McCloskey is competing for NKYVC 17-1 Tsunami.
Rylee Rader: A 6-3 senior middle hitter/outside hitter, Rader helped to lead Assumption High School to its third straight title in 2019. Rader has signed with Ohio State University and is competing for KIVA 18 Red.

Mary Schneidtmiller: A 6-2 sophomore middle blocker/opposite hitter, Schneidtmiller is a student-athlete from Mercy Academy. After contributing for Mercy Academy during its state runner-up season, Schneidtmiller is competing for Union Asics 16-1.
