I have seen her play volleyball, basketball, run track, and play soccer in the last six years and she always performs to the best of her ability in whichever sport she is playing and is really competitive. She is a quick DS that can also attack from the back row and do so successfully.
SOUTH CENTRAL 17 BLACK – Jordan Bolte Jordan Bolte 5'6" | S BDS | 2021 State NE not only had an awareness of the court but also an awareness of her teammates that worked very well for them this past weekend and secured them the championship. She has all the characteristics of a good DS, speed, focus, and agility. She is a great defensive specialist and put out everything she had and left it all on the court.
TROJAN VOLLEYBALL 17-1 – Justine Woracek played so well this past weekend my notes say in all caps, VERY, VERY GOOD! It is hard to be a DS. It takes a certain kind of confidence and awareness of the court to be good at it. Justine is good and I look for more from her in the future.
ELITE 16 FORZA – Gracyn Wollmer – class of 2022, plays for Aquinas High School and had 2.2 KPS, a .925 serve efficiency with 20 aces, and 5 total blocks last fall as a sophomore. She was playing DS when I saw her this past weekend and made my list of one of the best defensive specialists. She is definitely one to watch in the coming years.
BANZAI 17 MIKE – Samantha Eary – class of 2022, plays for Ralston High School, and had a .857 serve efficiency with 2 aces and 1 DPS during the regular season last fall. She looked really good on Sunday and saved some serious points for her team.
