SKEVA fared well in Louisville during the opening weekend of the month. Leading the way for the Bowling Green-based volleyball club, SKEVA 15 Orange placed second in the gold bracket of its tournament less than one week ago. SKEVA 15 Orange is made up of the following players: Haleigh Wood, Makenzee Bryan, Carlo Dragoo, Kerri Hastings, Eva Bouldin, Jada Kirk, Alexis Hales, Kennedy Greer, Lillian Harris.
However, 15 Orange isn’t the only talented SKEVA team taking the floor in the 2020 club season. SKEVA features many productive squads.
The Music City Meltdown is a JVA event. JVA, AAU and USAV member clubs are eligible for the Music City Meltdown.
The winner in each girls’ age division at the Music City Meltdown will receive a reimbursement of their entry fee.
The winner in each girls’ age division at the Music City Meltdown will also receive a free entry fee to be used at the same event in 2021.
The Music City Meltdown will feature clubs from several states. Along with SKEVA, A3 Volleyball, A5 Mizuno Volleyball Club, Audubon Volleyball Association, Blue Blaze VBC, BRAVO, Clarksville Volleyball Club, Club Gemini, Elite Athletic Academy, Ethos Volleyball Club, Georgia Adrenaline Volleyball Club, M1VBC, NASA, Netforce Volleyball Academy, North Alabama Juniors Volleyball Club, Owensboro Select Volleyball Club, Phoenix Rising Volleyball Club, Purple Aces Volleyball Club, Pursuit Volleyball, Rocket City Volleyball Club, Scenic City Volleyball Club, Southern Kentucky Net Threat, Tennessee Performance, VIPER Volleyball Club, Volleyball Academy of the Pennyrile Region, Vollis, West Tennessee Volleyball and West Tennessee Waves will field teams at the Music City Meltdown.
One of the top tournaments scheduled for several organizations and teams, the Music City Meltdown will allow participating squads an opportunity to build additional momentum in the early-2020 club season.
