Albers was a Northwest Suburban all-conference selection for Spring Lake Park in 2019. She was a bright spot for her high school team that faced many challenges in a tough conference. Her talents contribute currently for the Northern Lights 17-White squad. She brings good court awareness and floor leadership that matches her effort and pursuit of the ball through serve receive and defense. Her level of play is elevated with increased talent around her as well as good competition coming from the opposition.

A MN River all-conference honorable mention selection, Chmielewski was a key element of Mayer Lutheran’s deep run in the post season as one of the top ranked teams in the state. She held down the role of libero with confidence and range in her platform skills. A participant at the Prep Dig 250 combine at the start of the club season, she has a steady presence in the back row with a style of play that just gets the job done. Competing with
High Voltage
, she has skills worthy of a good look and great potential to continue to rise in the prospect rankings.

Grehan was a Suburban East all-conference selection, representing a deftly talented and competitive East Ridge squad that fell just shy of the state tournament in 2019. She has a good frame for a libero at 5’9 that allows her some range with her platform. She shows good vision to track the ball with efficiency and consistent angles to keep her team in system. Grehan competes for a good M1 17-2 team that has offense and defense to compete well among the upper level Minnesota teams in this age group. She is one to keep an eye on.

– 2021 | 5’5 | HS: Hill-Murray | Club: Kokoro 17-1
Led Hill-Murray in total digs in 2019 earning herself another Metro East all-conference honor. She engages really well throughout point flow to track the ball and be available to make a play when needed. She has good eyework and quickness that help make her effective. Her platform work creates good angles and she has the ability to step in and set a hittable second contact if necessary. Playing for a solid Kokoro squad, Kurschner will be a key veteran for Hill-Murray in the fall with the great competitive experience she continues to grow.

– 2021 | 5’6 | HS: Willmar | Club KEVC 17-2
A Central Lakes all-conference honorable mention, Slagter is part of a solid defense and ball control corps that will return to Willmar in 2020. She competes for a good 17-2 team with
Kandi Elite
as the primary libero. She has good patience and vision in serve receive and does not waste much movement in creating the first contact with accuracy. Defensively, she maintains a low center as she prepares, which allows her to use her quickness to her advantage to make big plays in pursuit of the ball to the floor, with range overhead, or to turn and run.
