2022’s Raising Stock After Early Club Play
As the new Prep Dig rankings were recently released, here are a handful of athletes that saw their stock rise as a result of recent evaluations.

– 5’11 | OH | Club: M1 16-1 | Prep Dig #26
One of the biggest additions to the 2022 rankings is Teske as she made an immediate impact upon evaluators at the Prep Dig 250 event in late 2019. Teske is athletic and dynamic and only getting better in her skills as an attacker. She has good foot speed and quickness off the floor that benefit her well on both pins. Combined with her ability to elevate and reach, this allows her swing with good range and get up in front of attackers quickly when blocking. Her ball control is an area for improvement and as she shores up her balance and angles she will become a true six-rotation athlete among the upper level of this Minnesota class.

– 5’9 | S | Club: Synergy 16-1 | Prep Dig #36
Henderson saw great action during the high school season as a regular varsity contributor for a very good STMA squad. She is adding to that experience with this Synergy squad in which she provides great contributions through both her skills and leadership. She has good athleticism and is growing her confidence to make big plays and develop relationships with her hitters through both pins. Her varsity role during the next fall high school season should increase, which will be a great opportunity to see what she is capable of in her range of skills.

Vital Volleyball
16-1 | Prep Dig #42
Sieling has good all-around skills. Her primary position is at opposite as she is left handed and has good lift off the floor as an attacker and blocker. Her athleticism and versatility are displayed through her ability to score on the left side, through mid-tempo options in the middle, and through a quicker set overhead behind the setter. One of her best attributes is her ball control as she shows good patience and movement to pursue to the first contact. Her quickness helps her defensively as well. With improved torque in her arm work when attacking she will be able to generate more pace and range.
Madalyn Mavady

Lakeville South | 2022
MN
– 5’10 | OH | Club: M1 16-1 | Prep Dig #51
Mavady is another athlete that made a great impression upon evaluators at the Prep Dig 250 event. She has a good fundamental skill set around the court that is generating notice of her as a prospect. As she can swing from both pins, she has played a fair amount of opposite for this M1 squad. With time, her transition footwork off the net will become more fluid and efficient but that does not limit the arm she can put on the ball. She has a nice double-arm lift that helps with her elevation and balance in the air and allows her to take some healthy swings. Another area she contributes well is in her eyework and patience when blocking as she can apply solid pressure to opposing attackers.
Hannah Pharr

Pharr

RCW | 2022
State
MN
– 6’1 | MB | Club: KEVC 16-1 | Prep Dig #61
Pharr is a long and rangy middle and has continued to grow her skills with elevated training and competitive experience. She shows good variety in her attacking arsenal to swing in front and behind the setter off both one or two feet and through various locations. She is savvy as well to see what is in front of her to make an alternative play that includes off-speed placement for kills. With good timing and spacing, she can generate good pace through her arm. Still a bit raw in her overall skills, the experience she has gained with KEVC is benefitting her development. Keep an eye on her as she returns to her Renville County West team in the fall.
