These athletes were big contributors to their high school and club teams.  We are constantly assessing current players on our radar, as well as adding names to our rankings with each season that passes.  As players develop, Prep Dig continues to see more athletes to update our rankings. One of our goals is to help readers and college coaches get to know as many players as possible.  

We want to promote all levels of play because we all love this sport and the community it builds.  These young women have amazing work ethics, leadership skills, and are great kids.  Let’s take a look at a few of the available prospects from the 2023 Class that you really should know!  If you haven’t already, make sure you fill out our “Become a Prospect” form here:

Kearns finished her freshman year in the D1 State Championship match.  She recorded 230 kills, 99 digs, and 37 blocks.  Kearns is an all-around player who would normally be playing all six rotations, but Oconomowoc had 3 senior defensive specialists all heading to
