6’4” Sacia Vanderpool Sacia Vanderpool 6'4" | MB Byron | 2021 State MN ; Bryon HS 2021
- Her solid frame demands respect on the volleyball and basketball court. The Bryon Bears loves using her on the outside off of serve receive. They side-out immediately when able to get her the ball high and to the antenna. She had a game high 26 kills in sub-section match last year. Vanderpool has an impressive serve and blocking goes without saying.
6’3” Johanna Langbehn; Elk River 2021
- Another basketball star who stays active by helping her team out in fall. She is an excellent blocker, was in the top ten for total blocks during the 2019 season. Her size helps the Elks in the North Suburban Conference.
5’11” Trinity Gbala; St Charles 2021
- Ready for her senior year at St Charles, Gbala has been a starter for the team for two years. During that time she has matured and improved her physical fitness. She has also helped the Saints speed up their otherwise slow offense with her quick attacks in the middle. It has been great to see her confidence grow and can’t wait to see where she leads the team this coming fall.
5’11” Elizabeth Dille Elizabeth Dille 5'11" | OH Sartell-St. Josephs | 2021 State MN ; Sartell St Stephen 2021
- Dille is a phenomenal player who leads Sartell in kills. She almost secured a win against Moorhead in the section tournament and already has over 1,000 kills. Coaches in 3AAA are already familiar with this fierce competitor and her senior year is sure to be special.
5’10” Ella Miller; Lewiston Altura 2021
- Despite sitting out the 2019 season with a knee injury, we hope she will be back on the court for her senior year. A power player, with a dynamic outside game. She first caught our eye when she joined Southern Minnesota Volleyball club two years ago. This club season she recovered and help coach younger players, but the Cardinals will have better chance of winning the Three Rivers Conference if she can make a comeback.
