If it were not for the coronavirus, this past weekend the CEVA region would have put on their biggest tournament of the season: Regionals. This is the final opportunity for teams to shift in their rankings, and the Portland Expo Center comes alive with hundreds of teams vying for a higher spot than they came in at. The top teams in the region are electrifying to watch and it would have been a great weekend to see the best Oregon volleyball has to offer. The top teams would have been fun to watch, with the potential for many interclub matches adding to the competitiveness of it all. 

CEVA froze the rankings based on the last Power League finishes and the top eight teams in the 16s division are outlined below, with a few impact players from each team highlighted.
