The thirst for some volleyball is real with a hot start to Prep Dig Sizzle Events to be held at the Champion Center in Appleton with the JV on Wednesday, July 8 and the Varsity Tournament July 9 and 10. Here are a few highlights of teams who have registered in the first week.

Mosher has been a 1st Team All State athlete where she can set and swing, one of the top all around players in the Midwest, she is committed to Illinois. Wolf is returning from a back injury, but has a touch as a middle at 10’5. Binder is a six rotation outside who can do it all from serve receive to scoring points. She even stepped in to set for North last season.
Teams From All Divisions
Our goal for this event is to have teams from different areas and different divisions all compete in the opening rounds (as best as we can). There are the local Division 1 teams such as Appleton East, Appleton North, Kaukauna, Kimberly, as well as Milwaukee area squads who will be in the mix for a state appearance and more with Waukesha West and Pewaukee. Luxemburg-Casco and McFarland who faced off in the D2 state championship has registered. Division 3 has Waterloo returning from the state tournament, Cuba City from Western Wisconsin and Oconto who was a sectional runner-up and Division 4 has contenders in Randolph and Prentice,
Lake Country Lutheran
Berglin
Lake Country Lutheran has always been a power in Division 3 with state titles in 2017 and 2018 and are now in Division 2. The Lightning will be returning a rather young, but extremely talented squad with the likes of outside hitter
