Kingsley-Pierson Panthers
The Panthers lose one senior this year in Kara Schmid. Players to watch in the coming season this fall are Emerson Benson (S, 2021) with 2.2 APS and 97.2 % serve efficiency, Hayden Dunn (S, 2021) 2.8 APS, 1.6 DPS, and 96.1% serve efficiency, McKenzie Goodwin McKenzie Goodwin 5'8" | OH Kingsley-Pierson | 2022 State IA (MH/OH, 2022) with 2.2 KPS, 62 blocks, 2.1 DPS, and 52 aces, Chloe Peschau (MH, 2022) 1.6 KPS and 60 blocks, and Abbi Bailey (L/DS, 2021) with 3.8 DPS.
Lawton-Bronson Eagles
The Eagles lose four seniors this year including Haley Williams, Haylie Newman, Rylee Wagner, and Elizabeth Gardner. Players to watch in the coming season this fall are Kendra Horsley (OH/S, 2021) 5.9 APS, 1.5 DPS, 31 blocks, 33 aces, and 92.8% serve efficiency, Brooklyn Roder (MH/OH, 2023) 59 blocks and 95.6% serve efficiency, Kaitlyn Hennings (OH/MH, 2021) 2.0 KPS, 37 blocks, 2.0 DPS, 29 aces and 93.3% serve efficiency, and Jori Feauto (DS, 2021) returning with the best serve efficiency of 96.4%.
MVAOCOU Rams
The Rams lose four seniors this year including Sydney Fundermann, Avery Ehlers, Abbi Boysen, and Ellen Mallory. Players to watch in the coming season this fall are Anna Heck (S, 2022) looks to be the new setter this year and has 84.6% serve efficiency, Emily Kovarna (OH, 2023) looks to be the new hitter this year so we will need to watch to see how she does, she did have 17 blocks last year, Cheslee Yockey (OH, 2022) had 1.90 DPS last year, and Ashlynn Blake (OH, 2022) had the most service aces with 22 last year. Basically, it looks as if this team is rebuilding and we will check them out in the new season to see how they do.
OABCIG Falcons
The Falcons lose eight seniors this year including Abby Bender, Corin Bower, Kylee Weber, Liz Zobel, Sarah Petersen, Ryder Cranston, Kaitlyn Riessen, and Halle Hemer. Players to watch in the coming season this fall are unknown. The entire senior class played every set last year so this is a true rebuilding year for this conference winner from the prior year. We will have to check in later to see how they do.
River Valley Wolverines
The Wolverines lose five seniors this year including Sydney Zahnley, Kaylee Knaack, Cheyenne Hill, Taylor Knaack, and Reagan Bahrke. Players to watch in the coming season this fall are Beau Todd (MH, 2021) 2.3 KPS, the most on the team, 45 blocks, the most on the team, and 31 aces, and Maddie Thomas (2023) 1.2 KPS, 2.0 DPS, the most for a returning player, and 43 aces, the most on this team.
Ridge View Raptors
The Raptors lose five seniors this year including McKenna Albers, Hanna Blackmore, Veronica Kron, Kate Kofmehl, and Kenzee Wunschel. Players to watch in the coming season this fall are Hannah Grieme (S/DS, 2021) with 2.5 APS, Emma Vohs (OH, 2022) with 2.0 KPS, 31 blocks, 2.70 DPS, 54 aces with 87.7% serve efficiency, Morgan Todd (MH/OH, 2022) with 80 blocks, and Autumn Henkel (DS/L, 2021) with 2.5 DPS, 32 aces with 94.1% serve efficiency.
Siouxland Christian Eagles
The Eagles lose three seniors this year including Riley Doenhoefer, Sarah Goetsch, and Sophie Klynsma. Players to watch in the coming season this fall are Payton Doenhoefer (OH, 2022) with 2.3 KPS, 3.3 DPS, 38 aces, and 91.3% serve efficiency, Cassie Jones (DS, 2021) with 2.3 DPS and 90.5% serve efficiency, Daisey Hiserote (MH, 2021) with 21 blocks she is the best-returning blocker, and Sydney Seggerman (OH, 2022) with 20 blocks, 2.6 DPS, and 51 aces, the most on the team.
West Monona Spartans
The Spartans lose three seniors this year including Janie Koenig, Sara Maule, and Lexi Lander. Players to watch in the coming season this fall are Sierra Siebersma (OH, 2022) with 72 kills last season, 1.6 DPS, 36 blocks, and 97.5% serve efficiency, MaKayla Haynes (MH/OH, 2022) with 18 blocks and 92.4% serve efficiency, and Jada Smith (DS/OH, 2021) with 1.6 DPS, 20 aces, and 91.1% serve efficiency.
Westwood Rebels
The Rebels lose five seniors this year including Katie Crawford, Jaycie McCluskey, Kaity Anderson, Sierra Hinrickson, and Samantha Thompson. Players to watch in the coming season this fall are Shelby Skinner (DS/L, 2021) with 5.1 APS, 42 aces with 90.2% serve efficiency, and 2.4 DPS, and Cora Shull (OH/DS, 2022) 2.2 KPS, 1.4 DPS, and 26 aces.
Woodbury Central Wildcats
The Wildcats lose three seniors this year including Pyper Gibbs, Stephanie Havlicek, and Sarah Nelson. Players to watch in the coming season this fall are Lindsie Graff (S, 2021) with 5.9 APS, 2.40 DPS, 37 aces with 87.6% serve efficiency, Emma DeStigter (OH, 2021) with 2.8 KPS, 3.1 DPS, 24 aces with 95.7% serve efficiency, Camrin Baird (MH, 2022) with 44 blocks, Makayla Archer (L, 2022) with 2.90 DPS, 36 aces with 88.6% serve efficiency, ad Maddie Schultz (MH, 2022) with 18 blocks, team-high 38 aces with 94.0% serve efficiency.
