Boyden Hull
Boyden Hull is losing 5 seniors to graduation this year including Sadie Ribbens, Charli Bomgaars, Brooke Zylstra, Aubrie Hoekstra, and Mikayla Van Es. There are 5 returning players to keep our eyes on this coming season. Marissa Pottebaum (MH, 2022) at 6’0″ she is the best returning hitter for Boyden Hull this coming season. Jewel Bergstrom (S, 2022) had 8.1 APS, 1.90 DPS, and over 20 aces last season. Sarah Boogerd (L, 2022) had 3.6 DPS and is the best returning defensive player this season. Ellie Woelber (DS/OH, 2022) had over 2.0 DPS and over 30 aces. Macy Verhoef (MH, 2022) had the top aces for her team last year with 55.
Central Lyon
Central Lyon is losing 4 seniors to graduation this year including Sutton Schlumbohm Sutton Schlumbohm 5'8" | DS/L Central Lyon | 2020 State IA , Kiley Metzger, Cony Wilson, and Farrah Lewis. There are 5 returning players to watch this fall in Afton Schlumbohm (S, 2023) the potential setter for this team this year, Regan Van Wyhe (2022) the best returning hitter according to Iowa Quik Stats and the top returning blocker, Whitney Waagmeester (2021) is also returning this fall and is the second-best returning blocker, Hayden Heimsen (2021) is the best defensive returner with 4.8 DPS and the best serve efficiency of 96.9%, and Emma Pedersen (2021) had the most aces with 40 and the second-best serve efficiency with 96.7%.
MOC-Floyd Valley
MOC-Floyd Valley is losing 2 seniors this year to graduation including Jenna Aalbers and Karli Bomgaars. Sheldon
Sheldon is losing 5 seniors to graduation this year including Raegan Freeman, Hannah Uhl, Ashley Brouwer, Madison Van Meeteren, and Sydney Olson. There are four players for this team to watch this fall.
