Melanie Meyer; Bloomington Jefferson – 6′
- Meyer is a talented player who is likely to be a key contributor for her team this fall. This is due to her ability to fill-in to various positions. Many of her teammates from Bloomington and Vital Volleyball are ranked on our top 100 for the class of 2021 and we know she also has the potential. In fact, a more well-balanced offense could give the Jaguars the push they need to make a run at state.
Peyton Berg; Chatfield – 5’7” (cover photo)
- Berg enters the coming high school season having been a fixture for the Gophers since the 9th grade. A slightly shorter outside hitter, last year she found herself as the starting Libero. She excelled on serve receive and was the primary passer for her team. A true leader, who helped show promise of a bright future as they took a set from top-ranked Caledonia during sub sections in 2019.
Gracie Dahlum Gracie Dahlum 6'0" | S Glenville-Emmons | 2022 State MN ; Glennville-Emmons – 5’7”
- This athletic, soon to be junior, proves effort goes a long way. She is a solid setter and even better defender. Just like in basketball, Grace has an natural ability to anticipate the next play. Her agility is demonstrated by her frequent up-downs to the floor. Not only a likely leader in stats but an example of a positive role model.
