Experienced sophomores are expected to make impacts for 14th Region teams early in the 2020 high school volleyball season. 

Here are five experienced 14th Region sophomores. 

Ginger JohnsonGingerJohnsonSWolfe County | 2023KY: A setter/defensive specialist, Johnson was one of the top players for Wolfe County during the 2019 high school volleyball season. A starter, Johnson posted 62 kills, 75 blocks, 659 assists, 162 digs and 45 service aces in 32 matches. An accurate passer, Johnson is a solid all-around player who produces in multiple categories. 

Isabella Noble: A versatile player, Noble was among the leaders for Jackson City as a freshman in 2019. Helping to pace Jackson City throughout the 2019 high school volleyball season, Noble delivered 34 kills, 103 assists, 136 digs and 28 service aces. A player who has shown that she can make challenging digs routinely, Noble is athletic and agile.

Kaylea Ritchie: An outside hitter, Ritchie contributed for 14th Region champion Breathitt County as a freshman during the 2019 high school volleyball season. Ritchie appeared in half of Breathitt County’s matches in 2019. The outside hitter showed potential throughout her freshman campaign, posting 5 kills, 16 assists and 17 digs. Ritchie is a strong hitter from the left
