Our top 10 were voted on by our panel of nine college coaches from across the region. As noted previously in our rankings intro, not being on the list does not mean you won’t have a successful collegiate career. Also being on the list doesn’t mean a player will go on to be an All-American. These are thoughts and opinions based on live games, videos, notes, and statistics.
