Lauren Wilcock Lauren Wilcock 5'10" | OH Mendham | 2021 State NJ , Mendham
The University of South Carolina beach volleyball commit has already put the state of NJ on notice by her strong 2019 campaign. Notching 434, 279 digs, and 30 aces this well-rounded player excel in all areas of the game. Having her younger sister who Sarah Wilcock as her setter, Lauren should not skip a beat in repeating last year’s numbers. Mendham will also be looking for the same product to continue the success of their program.
Chrissy Chu Chrissy Chu 5'9" | S Old Tappan | 2021 State NJ , Old Tappan
Chrissy’s junior season was a breakout season for this well-accomplished setter. Notching 532 assists were enough to see Chu eclipse the 1,000 career assist mark in just her junior year. Chu only got stronger during the latter half of the season as she tallied close to 27 assists per match in her last 7 games. Old Tappan will be looking to build around one of the strongest setters in the Garden State for her final season.
Kyra Hissner Kyra Hissner 5'9" | S North Hunterdon | 2021 State NJ , North Hunterdon
Hissner has been a staple to North Hunterdon’s success since her arrival. Needing 175 assists to eclipse the 1,000 mark on her career look for Hissner to produce well beyond that amount in the upcoming season. The connection between her and fellow all-state performer Eleanor Stothoff Eleanor Stothoff 6'2" | MB North Hunterdon | 2021 State NJ (232 kills) is one of the best duos in the Garden State. If Hissner continues to produce as one of the best players in the state look for North Hunterdon to have a repeat performance as state champs.
