After finishing runner-up to West Jessamine in the 12th Region Volleyball Tournament, Pulaski County exited the 2019 season 22-14.
Here are three Pulaski County seniors to watch.
Lindsey Horn: A middle hitter/outside hitter, Horn ranked second in kills and blocks for the Maroons during the 2019 high school volleyball season. Horn registered 177 kills, 51 blocks, 154 digs, 31 assists and 44 service aces for Pulaski County in 2019. A strong hitter and blocker, Horn is agile and productive playing in both the front row and back row.
Molli Nelson Molli Nelson S Pulaski County | 2021 State KY : A setter/outside hitter, Nelson led Pulaski County in assists during the 2019 high school volleyball season. An excellent passer, Nelson recorded 436 assists, 284 digs, 78 service aces and 110 kills for Pulaski County in 2019. Nelson is a vocal leader who possesses a diverse skill set and runs offenses efficiently.
Lyndsey Parmelee: A senior defensive specialist/setter, Parmelee contributed in 30 of Pulaski County’s 34 matches during the 2019 high school volleyball season. A consistent performer, Parmelee posted 339 digs, 153 assists and 35 kills. Parmelee ranked second in kills for Pulaski County during the 2019 high school volleyball season. Another versatile player, Parmelee is a solid back row hitter.
