Jenna Davis – 6’2” – MB, OPP – St. Petersburg High School
Jenna Davis has been an essential hitter on St. Pete’s Varsity volleyball team since her freshman year in 2018. She has played in 150 sets, scoring nearly 300 kills with a hitting percentage of .359. Jenna’s success in the front row can be accredited to her quick footwork and perfect timing. Her talent is seen clearly with her “slide” hit; the most difficult play in the front row where Jenna runs from the middle position, around the setters back, and leaps off of one foot for a powerful cross-court swing on the right side. Jenna is both an incredible hitter and blocker in the front row. She has almost 120 solo blocks and nearly 200 total blocks.
Alexis Musser – 5’10”- OH – Pasco High School
Alexis Musser is one of the greatest assets to Pasco High’s varsity volleyball team. Since she joined the varsity team in her freshman year in 2018, she has played in nearly every position on the court with a high level of success. In the last two years, she has been one of the primary setters on the team, while also playing as an outside hitter and top scorer. In 182 sets Alexis has scored nearly 200 kills, 60 aces, and completed over 300 digs. She is an outstanding player with both natural talent and court awareness.
Jasmine Welton – 5’10” – OH, RS – Carrollwood Day High School
Jasmine has played in over 160 sets for CDHS since she joined the varsity team last year in 2019 as a sophomore. During that time, she has scored almost 430 kills and 50 blocks. Her most successful hits are high outside sets that she can put away cross-court. Her excellent footwork and athleticism have made her an adaptive player that adjusts well to in-system and out of system sets to the outside. Jasmine is an all-around great player that would be an asset to any Division II or III team.
Mia Holder – 5’8” – MH, OH – Sickles High School
Mia Holder is an impressive front row attacker for Sickles High’s varsity volleyball team. Since she joined the varsity team in her freshman year in 2018, she has played in over 100 sets. She has accumulated 151 kills, 30 solo blocks, and 87 total blocks. Although her stats may not seem impressive compared to other girls that have been playing as long as she has, her hitting percentage of .358 speaks to the quality of play that happens when she is on the court. Although she is shorter than most middles, she accommodates for this with her range of ability in the front row, using her quickness and jump height to her advantage.
