Jordan Brooks – 6’0 | MH
Brooks has good athleticism and is an active middle as she works hard to stay involved throughout point flow on both sides of the ball. Offensively, she gets off the net quickly to make herself available and is effective in front and behind the setter. She opens to the ball well and has good range control. As a blocker she shows good quickness but will improve her effectiveness through her eyework and balance to see play development and more deliberate first-step movement towards the hitter.
Riley Kindall – 5’11 | OH
An all-league performer for Westerville Central, Kindall maximizes her tools well. She has an average lift off the court but makes up for it with an aggressive arm in the air that can challenge the block well above the tape. Her efficiency and effectiveness as an attacker will improve if she can improve her double-arm dynamics into her arm swing. This will increase her elevation and contact point if she is taller in the air. Additionally, this will allow her to open the to the ball to create more torque and increase power, arm control, and range. She has good tools and with some adjustments can make an even greater impact.
Lilian Muszynski – 6’4 | MH
Muszynski averaged 3.6 kills per set while hitting over .400 for Pickerington North. She was effective as the Panthers’ primary offensive option as she generated a kill percent of 53% on the season. She has great length at 6’4 and a recorded jump touch of 10’1. She has room to improve in her foot and arm speed that could benefit from simplifying her movement patterns and establishing more patience and momentum build through her approach work.
Saje Washington – 5’9 | OH
Washington was a key offensive factor for St. Francis Desales. She averaged 2.5 kills per set in 2020 while seeing the most attempts. Perhaps undersized as a primary left side attacker for big school programs at the next level, she does have a good fundamental foundation to complement her athleticism. She builds momentum well and understands how to make adjustments in her footwork and arm in reponse to any set tempo or location in error. She has good lift and swings high to challenge hands well and can also generate good arm speed at the peak of her jump to provide pace. As a blocker she gets her elbows near the top of the net to take up good space and put pressure on opposing hitters.
