18 E
The flagship team of Ignite Elite has a mixture of ’21s and ’22s that are worth mentioning. Headlining this group is Kyla Oppenhuis, a six-rotation, high-flying outside that has all of the shots in her toolbox. Bella Rodriguez looks to possibly set this group, but can also spend time on the right pin attacking. Niki Arterburn is listed as a middle, but may be pushed to a pin because of her size.
17 E
Many athletes on this roster are listing multiple positions, so bear with me on my predictions for where to find them. The most confidence I have in any player for 17E is Caleigh Doffin, a DS that might see some time wearing the special jersey this spring. Both Arianna and Lexus Rybakowski list defensive specialist as a position they can play, but might see time in the front row as well. Arianna looks to be on the left pin, while Lexus is looking to see time on the right pin. Olivia Martinez is a three-sport stud that can set, but might also attack depending on the depth of the offense. Teagan Phelps is a softball stud, but should see time as a DS. Kori Kosteba can play a little bit of everything, and will use her athleticism to her advantage.
