A primary offensive threat for Lancaster, Baker averaged just over three kills per set while hitting at a .305 efficiency. What she might lack in her elevation off the floor she makes up for with savvy arm control to move the ball around through the opponent’s court. She can swing for power and with finesse and touch with good versatility to approach through a variety of attack points between the pins.
Piper Ricketts – 5’8 | Ohio Premier 17-1
Ricketts can generate good pace with an aggressive arm when she is on time and tempo. She shows good approach patterns from the left side to get her feet to the ball and as good lift off the floor. With good versatility to her game she has the ability to contribute in a variety of ways whether as an attacker from either side of the floor or through her ball control and defense.
Maxine Springer – 5’11 | CVC 17 Black
Springer was among offensive leaders for St. Joseph Academy during the 2020 high school season. She averaged 2.7 kills per set. At 5’11 she has good size and maximizes her physical tools well with elevation that creates high contact point above the net. Her biggest asset may be in her arm speed as she can put some big pace on the ball at the peak of her jump.
Sydney Stigler – 5’9 | TSE 17 White
Stigler has a good skill foundation as a left side hitter. She can receive serve effectively as a primary passer and shows effectiveness in the air as a point scorer. She will increase her point scoring impact and production by improving her footwork and timing through a more fluid momentum build. Additionally, with a bigger double-arm lift she increases elevation and balance potential in the air.
