There were plenty of promising talents at the Michigan Top 250 Expo a week ago in Warren.

The Class of 2024 featured a lot of exciting setters and defenders that want to take the next step in their game.

Katelyn Koch

Katelyn Koch, South Lyon East/Michigan Elite – Koch had great footwork and court vision. She would always get herself to the proper spot in order for her team to succeed. Her sets were accurate and gave her hitters a high chance to succeed.

Jacquelyn Scheiber, Riverview/Michigan Elite – Scheiber was one of many explosive players in the 2024 field. She showed great athleticism from the setter position and also displayed strong hitting skills. Her explosiveness to play above the net made her very difficult to defend as a setter and hitter.

Kaitlyn Schram, Hartland/Legends – Schram showcased a lot of adaptability, working well with the ever-changing passers and hitters. She consistently found good positioning to get off a solid set and put her hitters in position to succeed.

Avery WoodardAveryWoodard5'7" | SMarysville | 2024MI, Marysville/Michigan Elite – Woodard did a good job of adjusting and correcting throughout the event.
