Here is a look at four players, one from each pool, who hope to lead their teams to a Power League Championship.
S, Courtney Jackson Courtney Jackson 5'9" | S Olathe Northwest | 2021 State KS , 5’19”, MAVS KC 18-1 (Olathe Northwest) – Jackson is the setter for the No. 1 team in Pool A. She finished her 2020 high school season with 871 assists and 57 kills. She will be playing collegiately at the University of Arkansas. Jackson finished ranked No. 10 in the Class of 2021 Prep Dig Kansas player rankings. The other teams in Pool A are PVA 18-1, Shockwave 18-1, and Invasion 18-1.
L, Jaden Ravnsborg Jaden Ravnsborg 5'8" | DS/L Mill Valley | 2021 State KS , 5’9”, KC Power 18-1 (Mill Valley) – Ravnsborg plays for a loaded KC Power 18-1 team that is the No. 1 Seed in Pool B. The Mill Valley Libero finished her 2020 high school season with 363 digs and 424 serve receptions. She is one of five players on the KC Power 18-1 team ranked in the Top 10 of the Class of 2021 Prep Dig Kansas player rankings. She will be attending Kansas State University to play college ball. The other teams in Pool B are 417 Juniors 18-1, Dynasty 18-1, and Pohaku 18-1.
OH, Ivy Fink Ivy Fink 5'9" | OH Royal Valley | 2021 State KS , 5’19”, Topeka Saints 18-1 (Royal Valley) – Fink is can play the pin or hit from the middle. The versatile hitter led Royal Valley with 367 kills in 2020. Fink is a six-rotation player who also finished 2020 with 244 digs and 34 blocks. She is committed to playing at Butler County Community College. The Topeka Saints 18- are the No. 2 Seed in Pool C, which includes; Invasion 18-2, Fight Club 18-1, and Invasion 18-3.
OH, Reanne Debose Reanne Debose 6'0" | OH Shawnee Mission NW | 2021 State KS , 6’0”, FENIX 18-1 (Shawnee Mission Northwest) – DeBose will be a member of the New Mexico Lobos in the fall of 2021, but she hopes to lead the Fenix 18-1 squad to a Power League title. The six-footer finished her senior season at Shawnee Mission Northwest with 218 kills and 37 blocks. She is a long-player with a solid reach. Fenix 18-1 is the No. 4 Seed in Pool D and will be looking to upset the following teams; MAVS 816 18-1, Highlands 18-1, and Club North 18-1.
