Prep Dig Kentucky Recruiting Notebook
Kentucky high school and club volleyball players continue to making recruiting decisions.
Earlier in the year, several Kentucky prep volleyball players signed with college programs. Now, additional in-state high school volleyball players are headed to the next level.
Kileigh Boggs, a senior setter from East Carter High School and Rise Up Volleyball Club, has signed with Kentucky Christian University. Boggs is an accurate passer who can deliver from various parts of the court and boasts athleticism.
Samantha McClanahan, a senior setter/opposite hitter from Scott County High School who is currently competing for Alpha Performance Volleyball, has signed with Thomas More University. An efficient setter, McClanahan is a strong communicator who is capable of delivering as a hitter from the right side.
Ellie Middleton-Orchelle, a senior outside hitter/libero from St. Henry High School who is currently competing for NKYVC 18 Tsunami, Middleton-Orchelle has committed to Chowan University. She is a versatile player with a solid skillset that is capable of leading offensively and defensively.
Raele Raschman, a setter/defensive specialist from Bishop Brossart High School who is currently competing for NKYVC 18 Tide, has committed to Thomas More University. Athletic and agile, Raschman possesses a diverse skillset and has shown the ability to lead for multiple seasons.
