Barber has been a big factor for her CVC 17 Black team already this club season. She contributes well in all facets of the game with her ball control and arm offensively and in filling up good space above the net defensively. She has good hang time and can score with movement and range through her swing. She scored well during the high school season also at 4.4 kills per set and nine digs per match.
Gentry Brown – 2023 | 5’7 | OH
Brown has good arm speed in the air. She opens well to the ball and uses good torque to create nice pace on the ball. At 5’7 she has good lift off the floor and is aggressive in the air to challenge the block with her power or find gaps in the defense with off speed placement. She good offensive versatility and led her Shadyside team with 4.2 kills per set during the high school season while collecting over two blocks and six digs per match. She was a District 12 Division IV first-team selection.
Devyne Eisenhauer – 2022 | 5’8 | OH/MH
Eisenhauer filled a big role for her Margaretta team once again as she scored and defended well at the net from both the left pin and in the middle. She has good athleticism and can generate pace and big power with her arm. She average 4.3 kills per set while hitting .264. Defensively she picked up over 11 digs per match while also adding big presence in the front row with 2.2 blocks. She was a District 6 Division III first-team selection.
Ninah Miranda – 2023 | 5’10 | OH/RS
Miranda has solid six-rotation skills as she can get it done with her arm and her platform skills. Offensively, she has good momentum build and great arm control to swing with pace and power or in taking a bit off and finding space over the block and into gaps. Defensively, she has good vision and patience, which allows her to play with good range in the back row. She was a District 15 Division I second-team selection after averaging 3.7 kills per set while hitting .282 in addition to collecting over 12 digs per match.
Jenna Woods – 2022 | 5’11 | MH
Woods has good vision as an attacker and utilizes good arm control to move the ball around when attacking. She can swing from the pins and through quick options in the middle as she shows good transition work to get herself available there. Defensively, she gets her hands over the net fast to put good pressure on opposing hitters. She was a District 9 second-team selection after averaging 4.2 kills per set as well as eight digs and five blocks per match for Riverside.
