All five of these student-athletes will be heading into their junior seasons next fall and are members of the 2023 recruiting class. Scouts will have two more high school seasons to watch their skills grow and evolve.
MH, Josie Weers, 5’7”, Southern Coffey County – Weers is an interesting small school prospect. She finished with 330 kills in her sophomore season. She also has a strong serve finishing with 45 aces. She may project as a front row only player, but she has a solid net presence and a big reach.
MH, Keeli Knobbe, 5’10”, Sylvan-Lucas – Knobbe is a solid six-rotation player. She finished second for the Mustangs in kills with 206. Knobbe amassed 340 digs and 60 blocks. Look for her role as a leader to improve in 2021.
OH, Rian Zimbal Rian Zimbal 6'0" | MB St. Francis | 2023 State KS , 6’0”, St. Francis – Zimbal at six-foot-tall has a frame for volleyball success. She finished her sophomore season with 161 kills. She also paced the Indians with 60 blocks.
OH, Allie Blurton, 5’7”, Attica – Blurton should see increased playing time in 2021. She finished 2020 with 160 kills and 56 digs for the Attica Bulldogs.
OH, Ross Snovelle, 5’10”, Southern Coffey County – Snovelle is a high-energy, spunk athlete for the Titans. She finished her sophomore campaign with 153 kills and 48 blocks. She is a big jumper and works hard to improve her game.
