A look at the NKJV 17 Blue roster follows.
Emily Acito is a 5-9 junior outside hitter/opposite from Mercy McAuley High School. Acito can hit consistently from either side and digs for quick attacks routinely.
Laura Winkler is a 5-11 senior setter/opposite from Highlands High School. A player with a diverse skill set, Winkler excels as a passer and a hitter from the right side.
Jillian Yates is a 6-2 junior middle blocker from Oak Hills High School. Yates is aggressive along the middle of the net and blocks well, both individually and with teammates.
Kayla Hamm is a 5-11 junior middle blocker/outside hitter/opposite from Ryle High School. Versatile, Hamm can play various positions in the front row.
Lauren Buemi is a 5-10 junior middle blocker/opposite from Highlands High School. Athletic, Buemi reads opposing hitters to set up blocks efficiently.
Adele France is a 5-11 sophomore outside hitter from Notre Dame Academy. A reliable contributor, France can produce as both a go-to hitter and primary passer.
Berkley Berryman is a 5-5 junior libero/defensive specialist from Cooper High School. Berryman is a skilled defensive player can deliver as a back row hitter.
Sophia Sarakatsannis is a 5-9 junior opposite/defensive specialist from Highlands High School. Sarakatsannis is versatile and possesses solid jumping abilities.
