Kayleigh Schultea – HJV 17 Premier – HS: St. Pius X – 2022
Kayleigh Schultea was in charge of leading championship winners HJV 17 Premier’s backcourt efforts and she didn’t disappoint. The 5’7” libero was very active all day and her technical skills really stood out every time the ball went her way. Besides the technique and the physical tools to be a great libero, Schultea also has the right mindset for the position as she’s very calm and focused during matches.
Emily Carswell – KW Revolution 17 Elite – 2022
Emily Carswell was a key part of KW Revolution 17 Elite’s success in the tournament. The dynamic libero was all over the place and played a central role in the team’s passing and defensive system. Despite helping with accurate passes and important digs, Carswell also impressed for her dedication and efficiency in what could be considered secondary duties for her, such as hitting coverage, setting from the backcourt and serving.
Emalee Villarreal – Xcel Volleyball 172 –HS: Liberty – 2022
