In the America division, Mizuno Club North 17-1 was one of two local teams still in the hunt. They were able to deliver with the all so important first match victory taking down Elevation in two sets to guarantee a national medal. They surely weren’t satisfied and wanted the top prize but ran into a better Sunshine 17 Westside team, who defeated them in two -17, -15 to end their season as a bronze medalist. DS Rebecca Wright Rebecca Wright 5'7" | DS/L Liberty | 2022 State MO and L Lia Graham shined and made the All-Tournament team
We slide over to the National division where KC Power 17-1 was the lone Kansas/Missouri team in the gold bracket round. They started their day against Mintonette, who screeched out a 25-23 first set win. In the second, they went on a run to sweep Power and end their season with a 5th place finish.
