2021 might be the year of the senior outside hitter in the Cornhusker State.

Sure, there’s basically an endless list of pin hitters in Nebraska’s history that have saved their best stuff for their last season. Even so, the Class of 2022 is already showing another level of dominance early in the high school season. These are athletes who can carry huge responsibilities on offense and carry their respective teams to a state title this November. Nebraska has a vast collection of experienced hitters who can withstand the pressure of performing in their final year of high school competition.
