Hitting Percentage
Addi Heinson – SR – OH/MH – Kiowa County – .514
Heinson has been on fire to start her final season for Kiowa County, hitting over .500 in 25 sets played. She has 114 kills in 181 attempts, averaging 4.6 kills per set in the young season.
Jacy Thomasson Jacy Thomasson 5'11" | MB Riverton | 2023 State KS – JR – MH/OH – Riverton – .455
Thomasson has been lights out this year for Riverton. The Junior has platooned between the pin and middle to deliver over 200 kills in 43 sets.
Lauren Cary – SR – MH – Trinity Academy – .453
Cary has 18 sets under her belt, enough for 150 attempts and over 80 kills to be among the state leaders in hitting percentage. She’s averaging just under 5 kills per set.
Sarah Madsen – SR – OH – Hiawatha – .419
Madsen has been efficient in her last run with Hiawatha. She has delivered 137 kills in 289 attempts with only 16 errors. She is in the top five in kills per set in the state.
Katy Harris Katy Harris 6'0" | S Atchison | 2022 State KS – SR – Atchison – .417
Harris has a lot of sets under her belt in the young season having played in over 40. She is putting down over 5 kills per set and close to 500 attempts thus far.
Kills
Addison Budke – FR – OH/MH – Beloit – 247
Welcome freshman! Budke wasted no time letting others know she came to play in her first season at Beloit. She has been magical so far in her short career with 247 kills, at almost 6 kills per set.
Jacy Thomasson Jacy Thomasson 5'11" | MB Riverton | 2023 State KS – JR – MH/OH – Riverton – 246
We discussed Thomasson above. Not only is she accurate in finding the floor, but she also does it often with 246 kills.
Katy Harris Katy Harris 6'0" | S Atchison | 2022 State KS – SR – Atchison – 231
Like with Thomasson, Harris is among the top in the state in hitting percentage and kills in her last run for Atchison.
Hallee White – JR – OH – Baxter Springs – 223
Another young productive pin, White is off to a great start in her junior year. She is putting balls down at a 40% clip and has 223 in 54 sets played.
Keeli Knobbe – JR – Slyvan Lucas – 183
Knobbe will be the next player to hit the 200 kill mark possibly in her next contest. The junior averages just under 4.5 kills per set.
