Sienna Wright Sienna Wright 5'7" | S Kirkwood | 2022 State MO (2022) | Kirkwood
With 116 assists in 7 matches last week, the 5’6 senior had two big matches helping her team go 5-2. Running a 6-2, Sienna stepped up big time when needed last week and put up 39 in a win over Affton and 22 in a win over Mehlville. 433 assists running the offense part-time is impressive and worth a mention.
Marinna Liedle (2022) | Ft. Zumwalt East
Marianna did all she could to make the Lions successful last week, but they ended 1-2 for the week. Running a 5-1 for the first time with the Lions, she will reach 500 career assists by the end of next week.
Rachel Schipper Rachel Schipper 5'8" | S St. Dominic | 2022 State MO (2022) | St. Dominic
The smooth setter for the Crusaders has had plenty of firepowers to feed over the past few years. With 1995 career assists, she is leaping into the Missouri record books before the year is over. Currently, Rachel would be sitting at the 18th spot in Missouri career assists. Be interested in where she ends up, and with her ability and toughness, she could reach the top 10, depending on how St. Dominic does in the playoffs.
Alyssa Nelson Alyssa Nelson 5'8" | S Wildwood | 2024 State MO (2024) | Lafayette
The 5’9 sophomore had a career-high last week for the powerhouse Lancers. With plenty of talented hitters, Alyssa has stepped in and run the offense to perfection. With 51 assists in a 3-1 win over St. Dominic, the first-year starter doesn’t seem like a varsity newbie.
Abbie Raga (2023) | St. Joseph’s Academy
The 5’8 junior setter had a solid week with a split decision in a 1-3 loss to Borgia and a sweep of Helias. With 72 assists in those two matches, Abbie’s decision-making was vital in winning over Helias and putting her team in a position to take Borgia to 4.
