We are proud to announce our Second Team All State awards in this article series. We will be posting a few athletes at a time in order to give enough credit to each player. We are very proud of each player and everyone who helped them reach their goals this year. These players are being picked due to their individual performance on their teams this high school season. This next article in this series is devoted to the Setters. These two young ladies are our picks for 2nd Team All- State.
2nd Team All State Selection: Setter
Brynn Roberts Brynn Roberts 5'9" | S Jenks | 2023 State OK [2023] 5-9 Setter (HS: Jenks/Club: Club ONE/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Brynn is currently ranked as our 20th best overall prospect in the 2023 class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings. She plays for Jenks High School and also club volleyball for the Club ONE program. We profiled her earlier this year and stated the following, “She has great size and utilizes it well in every position she plays. We love how versatile she is as she is able to hit front row and set for any team she plays for. She contacts the ball high and uses a very quick release to push the ball to her hitters with ease. She jump sets her middles and is able to set every location on the middle route tree accurately. She is a very athletic and skilled scorer while setting from the front row as she loves to go over on two with power. Brynn is a very active defender and can really help a team in many aspects. We are proud to have her in the Rankings and look forward to covering her. Please help us congratulate her on being one of the top players in the State of Oklahoma.” Brynn helped lead Jenks to a wonderful season again. They were able to win the Oklahoma 6A State Championship. She was amazing in the state tourney according to our scout Derek Jackson as he watched in person. We are proud to announce that she is the recipient of one of our inaugural All-State awards due to her play. Please congratulate her on receiving 2nd Team All-State.

Hailee Alexander Hailee Alexander 5'6" | S Broken Arrow | 2023 State OK [2023] 5-6 Setter/Defensive Specialist (HS: Broken Arrow/Club: Ultimate Performance Volleyball/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Hailee is currently ranked as our 24th best overall prospect in the 2023 class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings. She plays for Broken Arrow High School and also club for UPVBC. We profiled her earlier in the year and here is a little from the article, “Hailee is a versatile player who is able to dig hard driven attacks and also set every location with ease. She is one of the 6-2 setters for a very special UPVBC team that we watched this summer in Vegas for the Girls Junior Nationals Championships. She played extremely well and is not stopping getting better each time that she steps on the court. Hailee is very athletic and super fast. We are excited to have her in our Prep Dig Family and look forward to watching her junior season.
