In the landscape of junior club volleyball, there are some milestones that huge.  We usually specialize in articles on individual players, but every now and then we like to highlight entire clubs because of amazing achievements.  The Sooner state has 67 total clubs, which includes boys club teams, beach clubs and girls club teams.  Every year USA Volleyball selects a National Indoor Club of the Year to be inducted into the USAV Hall of Fame ceremony.  This year it will be held in Orlando, FL on May 25th.  Nominations were made by the public and it was sent to a USAV committee to be voted on.  We are proud to announce that Oklahoma Charge was selected to be this year’s National Indoor Club of the Year.


Twenty-three years ago, club director Larry Taylor and crew started with only one team.  They have worked really hard over the years at building a great organization with an amazing culture and now currently sit at thirty-eight teams.  They are also opening up a brand new Tulsa site next season and expect another fifteen at that location.  This season they will have twelve teams playing at Nationals (USAV or AAU).  We have watched
