For coaches and student athletes alike, this can be an overwhelming time but rest assure, Prep Dig’s got your inside scoop. We got the who’s who and for you college coaches, who to put on your call list when June 15th rolls around.
Here’s some of the top setters in the country to put on your call list for June 15th!

She’s amassed herself quite the name over the last few years nationally and she’s just getting better. A tall 6’2 frame with a hefty south paw that likes to swing on two, Zoey Dood Zoey Dood 6'2" | S Grandville | 2024 State #131 Nation MI can be showstopping. Playing up an age group with MVA’s 17-1s team, a team riddled with injury, Dood has still proven to shine despite the challenges.

Don’t let her size fool you, Abby Yoder Abby Yoder 5'10" | S Kings | 2024 State #101 Nation OH can play head and shoulders above her competition. She’s athletic and dynamic with her play, spreading the ball around the court timely and with deception. Some players can get caught up in running a show like Yoder’s but she plays the game with great composure.
Lilly Wagner Lilly Wagner 6'0" | S Oconomowoc | 2024 State #42 Nation WI (2024) | 6’0 S | MKE Sting
One of the most fluid setters in the group, Lilly Wagner Lilly Wagner 6'0" | S Oconomowoc | 2024 State #42 Nation WI is such a baller, she makes the game look easy. She’s smooth, deceptive and has a high IQ. With Wagner’s size, she’s able to be very offensive and a shut down blocker at the net. She’ll be one of the best gets out of the setters for this class.

Another tall setter with the versatility to be an offensive weapon on two, Mya Ball Mya Ball 6'2" | RS Angola | 2024 State #124 Nation IN has been a force for Team Pineapple all season long. Running a fast and clean offense, her attackers able to score at a high rate. When Ball is at the net, she’s shown to have a pretty hefty arm to score as well.

She’s the kind of player that betters any team she is on. That’s the case for Lucy Mott Lucy Mott 6'1" | S SUA (Toledo) | 2024 State #105 Nation OH with her Legacy squad. She runs a well-oiled machine and betters any ball you give her. Her feel for the middles is top notch and is an asset for any collegiate coach looking for that fast tempo offense.
Isabela Haggard Isabela Haggard 5'9" | S Dunbar | 2025 State #65 Nation KY (2025) | 5’9 S/OH | KIVA
A player that can be thrown in many positions, Isabela Haggard Isabela Haggard 5'9" | S Dunbar | 2025 State #65 Nation KY is a dynamo at setter. She’s athletic and holds a super high IQ on the court. The plays I have seen her make throughout the season are jaw dropping. Haggard knows just who to feed at what time and when to call her own number as well.
Lea Gage Lea Gage 5'10" | S Brighton | 2024 State MI (2024) | 6’0 S | L2
If there was an award for most improved setter this 2022 club season, Lea Gage Lea Gage 5'10" | S Brighton | 2024 State MI would be in heavy consideration. One of the setter’s I’ve watched most on this list, her game has grown leaps and bounds since December. With that being said, I am not sure if you can pin point her ceiling quite yet either.

Chloe Hokenson Chloe Hokenson 6'1" | S Langley | 2024 State VA (2024) | 6′0 S | VA Elite
The games getting more and more physical, but also a lot faster! Chloe Hokenson Chloe Hokenson 6'1" | S Langley | 2024 State VA has shown time and time again to run a smooth, consistent and fast offense. She can handle pushing the tempo from just about anywhere on the court and going against the grain often times. Her connection with the right pin is a treat to watch and proves her ability to spread the ball.
Juliana Horta (2024) | 5’10 S | NC Academy
When looking for a setter, you’re also looking for a leader on the court. Juliana Horta is the girl to give a call. With every watch, Horta was calling the shots and running the show – doing so impeccably. She’s speedy to the ball and she can lead any team to victory behind her leadership.

Belle Groomes Belle Groomes 6'0" | S St. Joseph Academy | 2025 State #38 Nation OH is a very dynamic setter. Lengthy, a good leaper, and versatile, Groomes could be thrown into many different positions on the court and excel. She’s another setter that boasts a heavy left arm that could be pretty big on the right pin. Groomes’ has a good feel for the game and can set anybody on the court at a superb level.
