This will feature the best of the best players in the entire country and we couldn’t be more excited to run it. Over the past 4 years, Prep Dig showcases have hosted over 2,500 prospects in front of hundreds of college coaches from across the country. In addition to watching the showcase in-person or via BallerTV, coverage of this event will be made available to hundreds of our college coach subscribers on PrepDig.com.
This series of articles will preview some amazing players who are already signed up for the Showcase. Seeing these players in person is going to give us a perfect perspective of how they move, how the ball rebounds off of their platform or hands, and other intricate aspects of their skill-sets. Here are a few players that I cannot wait to see live in person and take them through drills.
Hannah Beauford Hannah Beauford 5'11" | S Prosper | 2025 State #99 Nation TX [2025] 5-11 Setter (HS: Prosper/Club: Drive Nation/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Hannah is currently ranked as the 27th best overall prospect and also the 5th best setter in the 2025 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She is an up and coming stud setter for Prosper High School and also plays for the amazing Drive Nation club program. I was first introduced to her early this year when I watched her team play in December. The amount of power in her hands is astounding to see in such a young player. She has no issue pushing the ball to both pins from any location on the court. Her posture while setting on the court is beautiful to watch. I also love that she has the frame and athleticism to play all the way around and stay in the front row to battle opposing attackers at the net. Her team not only doesn’t lose any defensive presence while she is on the right side, they actually gain more of a wall to stop the other team. She can run both high tempo and fast tempo sets in a repeatable fashion. We are happy to have her signed up for the showcase so she can gain more exposure.
Anna Arceneaux Anna Arceneaux 5'6" | DS/L Antonian College Preparatory | 2025 State TX [2025] 5-6 Libero (HS: Antonian Prep/Club: San Antonio Juniors /Verbal: Uncommitted)
Anna is currently ranked as the 42nd best overall prospect and also the 6th best libero in the 2025 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She is an up and coming ball control expert who plays for Antonian College Prep and also for the San Antonio Juniors club program. I was able to watch Miss Arceneaux early in the year at the Triple Crown NIT tourney. She stood out to me in the back row due to how the ball rebounded off of her platform. She has such a natural touch on the ball in both serve receive and digging. It is easy to fall in love with the way she digs balls right at her for sure, but I truly love how she uses her long arms to extend her defensive range way beyond what a normal five foot six player can touch. She keeps her team in the rally over and over again. When you really watch her play, you are able to see that she has a very high volleyball IQ. I am excited to work with her in person and take her through some high level defensive drills during the showcase. Stay tuned for more.
Amaya Tolentino Amaya Tolentino 6'0" | OH Cornerstone Christian | 2025 State TX [2025] 5-11 Outside/Right Side (HS: Sotomayor/Club: San Antonio Juniors /Verbal: Uncommitted)
Anna is currently an unranked prospect in the 2025 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings, but has been on my watch list for a while now and should be ranked as soon as I update the rankings in a few weeks. She is a high flying pin attacker who plays for Sotomayor High School and also for the San Antonio Juniors club program. I have been watching Amaya very closely and think she has what it takes to be labeled as one of the best in the state of Texas now that I have seen her become consistent for an entire club season. She is a threat from anywhere on the court as an attacker. Her bounce off of the ground is next level already and she has a whip of a right arm. I am not sure if there is a more versatile player in her grad class as she is able to run quicks and high tempo sets with ease. Her timing is always on point no matter the tempo. What I truly love is how she can paint the line with power. It is a very hard driven ball that is difficult for opponents to stop. I cannot wait to have her in some drills at the showcase. Stay tuned for more.
