Kyndal is the number 1 ranked prospect in the 2023 Texas class, and for good reason. Last season Kyndal had 493 kills during the school season. Not only is she a great hitter, but a great all-around player and teammate. Another leading senior and heavy arm is Lauren Schneider Lauren Schneider 5'9" | OH Guyer | 2024 State TX . She will be bringing some big swings from the outside position. Last season Lauren posted 157 kills for her team.
Guyer also has a strong junior class with returning defensive specialist Jordyn Tynsky. Jordyn has gotten a lot of traction this year in the volleyball world for her amazing defensive plays. She had a huge year on her club team Drive Nation. Look for her to make an immediate impact for Guyer. Setter Ava Houser Ava Houser 5'9" | S Guyer | 2024 State TX returns this year as well as dual-threat setter/right side Drew Bridges. Guyer had a heartbreaking 5-set loss to Hebron during the first round of state playoffs, losing set 5 16-14. The Wildcats have been working hard this off-season. Look for Guyer to make a serious push for the postseason this fall.
