Libero| Olivia Paul| CPA 16| (2024) Paul is a strong defender, showing the ability to handle the libero role full-time traveling to AAU Nationals as a pick-up player late in the season. Versatile enough to score from the outside when needed, she is destined for a defender spot heading into 17U. She will shine there showing her growth as a passer and the gritty floor burn mentality she always displays.
Libero| Makenzie Hickman| T3 16 Blue| (2024) As the season went on Hickman became better and better in serve receive under the tutelage of Coach Brian Hosfeld, who moves back into the college coaching ranks next year. Hickman is adept at digging the hard angle shot and has started to produce the improbable digs high-level liberos produce. A tireless worker who will continue to improve.
Setter |Ava Semprimoznik| Club South 18| (2024) Playing for an 18’s team as a sophomore let Semprimoznik work with and against skilled and mature players. The season ended early, however, and not everyone may have had the chance to see this energizer work! She has shown a fearlessness to reverse the flow with backsets and setting the slide, having confidence in her attackers to go get it. Look for a big year for her running the offense at her age level.

Outside| Elle DeAndre| Kokua 16| (2024) With a great feel from all her work on the beach, DeAndre backed up her All-GSL second team honors by anchoring Kokua as a 6 rotation outside hitter during the club season. She had to do it all, showing a knack for shot-making with rolls, chips, and a hammer from the back row when needed. Excellent ability to adjust to tough sets!
Middle| Jule Whitley| Shockwave| (2024) A strong presence in the middle, with a long reach, Whitley works extremely hard to close the block. She was part of a tall and talented Shockwave front line and will help lead Kamiakin this fall. Great size and maximum effort should lead to a breakout season.
Outside| Payton Arland | Shockwave| (2024) Arland has a heavy arm and can find the deep corner for kills against defenses geared to stop her. She complements that power with soft tips over the top of the block. When it’s really on the line though, she brings the heat and can power right through a small or late block.

Outside| Payton Davis| CPA 16| (2024) Small schools represent! Davis has been a big part of two state championships for Oakesdale and will look to add a third this fall. Playing outside for CPA, she was the go-to for big kills in the most important moments. With excellent hands and good length, she plays bigger than her listed size. She reads the block well and shows good volleyball IQ, it was easy to see she had played in many high-pressure games already as a rising junior.
