Continue ReadingWe have been watching the 2025 class very closely throughout the entire club season and used the data of wins and losses, stats, awards, in person tournaments, matches and of course the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone’s recruiting profiles. We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects. The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to our prestigious State Rankings through their play on the court. Please welcome them with open arms.
Anna Rice Anna Rice 6'3" | RS Edmond Santa Fe | 2025 State OK [2025] 6-1 Outside/Right Side (HS: Edmond Santa Fe/Club: Oklahoma Peak Performance/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Anna is currently ranked as the best overall prospect in the 2025 class according to our Prep Dig Oklahoma State Rankings. She plays at Edmond Santa Fe High School and for the awesome Oklahoma Peak Performance club program. We wrote an article on her earlier in the club season and here is what we stated, “Anna has been unstoppable so far this season for OP2. She is able to hit from multiple positions/locations with power and stay scoring at a high clip. Her height is unmistakable from a spectator’s viewpoint, but true volleyball aficionados will marvel at her overall skill-set on the court. She is remarkable at both offense and defense along the net. Her long frame allows her to press/penetrate the net and take away a lot of space from opposing attackers. She is also able to attack at both the left and right side of the net. While this may seem like an easy thing to do to the casual observer, it isn’t. OP2 uses her on both sides at times and it is a huge matchup nightmare for their opponents.” I was able to watch her team in person a few times this season and just recently again at USA Nationals in Indianapolis a few weeks ago. Anna was still her usual dominant self at the net and solidified herself as the best overall player in the state in my eyes. She is the go to scorer for her club team and will likely light it up during this school season as well. Please congratulate her on the amazing achievement of being listed as the best player in the State of Oklahoma in the 2025 class.
Livia Ward Livia Ward 5'11" | S Mount. St. Mary | 2025 State OK [2025] 5-10 Setter/Right Side (HS: Mount St. Mary/Club: Oklahoma Peak Performance/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Liv is currently ranked as the 2nd best overall prospect and best setter in the 2025 class according to our Prep Dig Oklahoma State Rankings. She plays at Mount St. Mary High School and club for the amazing Oklahoma Peak Performance. I wrote a few articles on her so far and here is a little from one earlier this season, “I have been covering Miss Ward very closely since she stepped foot in our Top 250 Expo in December. She wowed me then and she continues to wow me as I see her continue to improve in both attacking and setting. She has the potential to be in the running for one of the best overall prospects in the entire state in the class of 2025. Liv is able to hit the bulls-eye multiple times in a row at all locations with her setting. Her attacking has really improved with every rep and she is a very efficient point scorer. What I truly love is her ability to shut down opposing left sides with her blocking. The length in her arms provide a solid detour for every hitter, but what I really think stands out is the power in her core. She has been working out tremendously on her high school’s power lifting team and this will definitely help her get even stronger in every aspect of the game.” Since then Liv has been on a tear with her awesome OP2 squad. They were one of the best teams in the age group in the state and she is one of the biggest reasons why. Not only was she pinpoint accurate as a setter, but she was one of the leaders on the team in hitting efficiency as she doubled as a right side attacker at the net. Miss Ward is a great volleyball player and can do it all on the court. A huge reason why she has such great ball control in every aspect of the game is because of her sand volleyball experience. She is also one of the best beach players in the circuit in the country and uses those skills for indoor volleyball. Please congratulate Liv on her wonderful achievement of being named one of the best volleyball players in the state of Oklahoma in the 2025 class.
Addison Worley Addison Worley 5'7" | OH Moore | 2025 State OK [2025] 5-7 Outside (HS: Moore/Club: Oklahoma Charge/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Addison is currently ranked as the 3rd best overall prospect and best outside hitter in the 2025 class according to our Prep Dig Oklahoma State Rankings. She plays at Moore High School and club for the amazing Oklahoma Charge program. I have seen this young fire-baller torch opponents all club season long from the left side. She is afraid of no one on the court. Her team relied on her offensive ability whether she was in the front row or the back row. Some players just relish the big games and spotlight. This is exactly who Miss Worley is. I loved watching her play the game because she plays it the way it should be played…hard and fast. She has that killer attitude that you want in a point scoring outside. Her ball control was on full display when I watched since she is a very integral part of her club team’s serve receive scheme. She is able to take up a lot of space in serve receive because she is very fast with great footwork to the ball.
