It did not seem right to miss out on spotlighting spectacular athletes that had a stellar showing at the tournament just because the tournament was a little bit ago. With over 160 athletes in the 15 Open team, we have narrowed it down to 25 ALL-STARS. These 25 athletes proved themselves invaluable to their teams success over the three-day tournament.
Below are the nine standout setters that made it on the 15U Open All-Star Team from the Emerald City Classic.
Colby Bellerive l PJVCB 15 National l 2026 l 5’5” l S l Emerald Ridge High School
Bellerive was the primary setter for the PJVBC 15-1 team for the ECC tournament running a 5-1. Undersized to be playing across the front row, she does so with confidence and executes for the team. She does an exceptional job pushing the ball to the left pin when the pass forces her far right.
Lily Mae Buerkle l OJVA 14-1 Gold l 2026 l 5’9” l S/OH l McDaniel High School
Buerkle was a steady force for the OJVA 14-1 team, running a 6-2 opposite fellow All-Star Zola Zuccolo and staying in to attack on the right side. She brings a calm presence to the court, and her all-around play is smooth and technical. She makes for a great six-rotation setter.
Katelyn Eichert l WVBA 15 Adidas l 2024 l 5’8” l S l Lake Stevens High School
Eichert and Addison Eastwood typically split setting duties for WVBA 15-1, Eastwood running a 5-1 during set one and Eichert running a 5-1 during set two. Eichert is a dynamic and athletic setter and is already smooth with the jump-set. When the opportunity arises, Eichert will often set little sister Laura Eichert.
Isabelle Foote l SIVBC 15-2 Lightning l 2025 l S l Tahoma High School
Foote was the primary setter for the SIVBC 15-2 team. Although commpeteing on a 2’s team, the crew managed to finish a respectable 8th place. A major contributor to their success was Foote. A vocal leader, she clearly runs the show. She has great natural hand strength and a good ability to set against the grain.
Madi Harrington l Athena 14-1 Gold l 2026 l 5’8” l S l Sunset High School
Harrington and fellow All-Star Hefeneider typically split setting duties, running a 6-2. She does a good job leading the floor and putting up consistent sets for hitters. Playing across the front row as an attacker, she has a solid swing from the right pin and puts up a solid block.
Sloane Hefeneider l Athena 14-1 Gold l 2026 l 5’7” l S l High School
Hefeneider and fellow All-Star Harrington typically split setting duties, running a 6-2. A smooth setter with soft hands, she has a quick release on the ball. She does an exceptional job locating her middles in transition and setting them often.
Reese Sheppard Reese Sheppard 5'9" | S Puyallup | 2025 State WA l NPJ Seattle 15-1 National l 2025 l 5’8” l S l Puyallup High School
Sheppard typically splits setting duties with Annika Wright, running a 6-2. She is quick, athletic, and confident on the court. Long and lanky, she makes for a stellar six-rotation setter. She will often stay in and attack on the right side given her explosive approach.
Sydney Wysocki l CPA 15 Elite l 2025 l 5’9” l S l Gonzaga Prep High School
Wysocki typically runs a 6-2 opposite Delaney Davis for the CPA 15-1 team. She is an athletic setter with a soft touch on the ball. Staying to attack on the right side, she is a leftie so this is a natural fit.
Zola Zuccolo l OJVA 14-1 Gold l 2026 l 5’7” l S l Jesuit High School
Being named Player of the Game for the 15 Open finals, it is no surprise that Zuccolo be named an All-Star. Typically splitting setting during with fellow All-Star Buerkle, the pair run a 6-2 but both usually stay in to attack on the right side. She makes consistent and solid set choices. Her attacking is impressive, with an insane vertical jump and a fast arm swing.
