We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects. The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to our prestigious State Rankings through their play on the court. Please welcome them with open arms.
Rebekah Pfefferkorn Rebekah Pfefferkorn 6'2" | MB Bridgeland | 2025 State TX [2025] 6-2 Middle (HS: Bridgeland/Club: Houston Skyline/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Rebekah to the State Rankings List. She is currently listed as the 56th best overall prospect in the state according to the 2025 Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Bridgeland High School and plays club for Houston Skyline. She is a wonderful middle who has all of the tools to be one of the greats on this list. She has the height, power in both her upper body and lower body, and the ability to turn in the air to score around the block. I love how she stops on a dime during her transition in order to time the quick tempo set perfectly. She also has great vision when she goes up to attack so that she does not get blocked. It is very difficult for middles to see the block in front of them and focus on the ball, but she uses her peripheral vision very well while attacking. This keeps her offensive efficiency very high in comparison to other middles. Please congratulate her on the achievement of being listed as one of the best players in the state of Texas in the 2025 class.
Ada Awagu Ada Awagu 6'2" | MB Johnson | 2025 State TX [2025] 6-2 Middle (HS: Antonian Prep/Club: San Antonio Juniors /Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Ada to the State Rankings List. She is currently ranked as the 58th best overall prospect in the 2025 class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. Miss Awagu plays at Antonian Prep High School and also club for the San Antonian Juniors program. The amount of potential that exists in this young lady’s future in volleyball is extremely high. Her long arms allow her to be a force at the net. I really like her footwork as she patrols the net to block her opponents. She has a lot of pop on the ball from her electric downswing. I think she could easily double as an opposite shut down blocker if her team needed her to. It is very difficult for young players to be able to jump well without creating momentum with an approach, but Miss Awagu is able to do this without issue. After watching her progress a lot throughout the season, it is apparent how coachable she is and how well her club staff is focused on training technique. If she continues down this path, she could be very special. Please congratulate her on the honor of being named one of the best players in the state.
Morgan Collier Morgan Collier 6'0" | MB Joshua | 2025 State TX [2025] 6-0 Middle (HS: Joshua/Club: Waco Juniors/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Please welcome Miss Collier to the State Rankings List. Morgan is currently ranked as the 61st best overall prospect in the 2025 class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays at Joshua High School and club for Waco Juniors. The one word that comes to mind when you watch her play for just a few brief moments is Power. She has power for days. Everything she does is strong. I love that she is listed as only six feet tall, but is extremely explosive that she gets up and plays like she is six foot four. Her stuff blocks can truly start a rally by the way it energizes her team. I was lucky enough to watch her at both our showcase before nationals and also while her team competed and she was very fun to watch. Her right arm is golden and she can put the ball away with a thunderous explosion. She has all of the tools to move up the rankings as we continue to watch her grow in the sport. Please congratulate her on achieving the honor of being added to the State Rankings List.
