A strong lefty hits all positions along the net but is strongest on the right pin. She provides a solid block and hits a line shot that could hurt a left-back defender. She will look to get Winona a return trip to the state playoffs.
Bailee Luttrell – 5’9″ – Middle – Winona
Luttrell gives the Wildcats another offensive weapon out of the middle and should have another solid season. A quick first step helps Bailee close to the pins and runs a quick offense from the middle and will be a big factor in getting Winona a repeat state playoff appearance.
Piper Fitzgerald Piper Fitzgerald 5'7" | OH Lesterville | 2023 State MO – 5’7″ – Outside – Lesterville
A high volleyball IQ makes Fitzgerald a dangerous attacker from all over the court. She has a great jump float, is a primary passer, and is a tremendous defender for the Bearcats.
Ella Morton – 5’8″- Middle – Ellington
Morton is an undersized middle but makes up for it with a great vertical and terrific arm swing. After finishing fourth in kills on the team last year, Morton will have a much more significant role to fill offensively and the leader of a young squad. Look for Ella to double her kill total this year.
Grace Duncan Grace Duncan 5'9" | OH Farmington | 2023 State MO – 5’10” – Outside – Farmington
Duncan is another solid attacker for the Knight’s offense with a mean arm swing and a gritty player. The six rotation outside provides Farmington with another tough defender, passer, and a solid outlet on the outside.
Maddie Ayers Maddie Ayers 5'7" | OH South Iron | 2023 State MO – 5’8″ – Outside – South Iron
Ayers is a primary passer and the leading attacker for the Class 1 4th place finisher. She hits everywhere on the court, has a high volleyball IQ, and is just an athlete. This year she will be instrumental in South Iron making a state title run.
