Chris Fitzgerald

Chris Fitzgerald is our National Analyst for Prep Dig. Fitzgerald started writing for Prep Dig in January of 2018, starting Prep Dig Wisconsin and helped with the launch of Prep Dig Iowa before coming on full time as the Prep Dig General Manager in September of 2018. After over seeing events and content, Fitzgerald was named Prep Dig National Analyst in September 2021, taking Prep Dig to the next level, providing national content and rankings. Prior to Prep Dig, Fitzgerald was a 6th grade teacher for 11 years in Iowa and Wisconsin. His volleyball experience includes student assistant coach at Waldorf University, created individual and team highlights for Wisconsin Volleyball Academy National programs, and has been an assistant coach at Appleton North, and St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI. Fitzgerald is a 2007 graduate of Waldorf University and has a Masters from Marian University in Education Technology .

Mike Bryant

Mike Bryant is a professor of sport and coaching leadership and has over two decades of experience coaching volleyball, including with NCAA DI, DII, DIII and NAIA schools as well as a variety of high school and club programs. He is a big fan of the sport of volleyball and enjoys any opportunity to help promote and grow the game.

Breit Nelson

Breit is a very passionate volleyball nerd, both self-proclaimed and publicly declared by her friends and colleagues. Her mother started the volleyball program at Edgar High School in 1972. She grew up in the gym and became a high school standout. She has extensive volleyball experience playing club in the Badger Region for six years, played nationally with the Badger Region Youth National, and at the collegiate level at UW-Milwaukee. After living in Milwaukee 7 years and coaching in the area, Breit moved backed to central Wisconsin. She earned her Masters Degree in Sports Psychology and has a wealth of experience as a player, coach, and sport psychology consultant. Through her passion for the sport, she encourages young female athletes to push the limits and continue their playing careers past high school. Breit currently resides in central Wisconsin with her daughter.
